Hi, I’m Victoria.
For nearly 25 years, I’ve worked with the Toyota Production System, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. What I’ve learned in that time is that organizations rarely struggle to understand Operational Excellence. They struggle to make it last, past the workshop, past the launch, once everyone’s back to their normal week. That’s the problem I’ve built my career around.
I started in Process Excellence at AP Moller–Maersk, working across countries before returning to Greece in 2013 to found Greece Lean Six Sigma. Since then I’ve logged over 8,500 hours of consulting and mentoring across hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and ports.
Training is one part of that work. The larger part is consulting: leading process redesign, culture-change, and digital-transformation projects end-to-end with hotel groups, manufacturers, logistics providers, and port operators, sitting inside a real operation, not just teaching a method in a classroom.
What actually makes those projects work isn’t the methodology on the page; it’s how the people inside it are treated while it’s happening. I don’t arrive with a deck and hand over a report. I work alongside the team who’ll be living with the new process after I leave, because they’re the ones who know exactly where it breaks. Respecting that knowledge, rather than overriding it, is usually what decides whether an improvement sticks or quietly reverses six months later.
What I bring to a room that a textbook can’t: I’m a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a senior member of ASQ, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and a Certified KPI Practitioner (The KPI Institute) and I coach from a philosophy I call Komorebi (木漏れ日), the Japanese word for sunlight filtering through leaves. Improvement rarely arrives all at once. It filters through, in patches, when the conditions are right. My job is to build those conditions.
